For any groups, please email [email protected] and we can get you signed up on mass.

    • When will entries close?

Online entries will close on the day of the event. If the event reaches our max capacity, we will close entries early. We recommend entering early to avoid disappointment.

    • I can no longer make the event, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we operate a no refunds policy. Where possible we’d be more than happy to transfer your entry to another event for a £5 administration fee, should this be over 2 weeks away from the event date. To do this, please email [email protected] with your order number and choice of new event.

    • Can I transfer my entry to a friend?

Yes, we can happily swap the name associated with a booking. Please email in with your order number, and the new runners name, email, address and date of birth.

    • When will I be sent all the race details?

You should receive a race information email the Friday prior to the race. Please check your spam folders as they do sometimes get lost! The same information will also be published on the website the week leading up to the event, along with our entry list. If for any reason you do not receive the email, please check the website.

If you’ve entered early, your race pack will be posted to you, we aim for these to arrive at your registered address the week prior to the race. Should this not arrive in time, or your entry was made close to the date of the event, please visit the registration desk on the morning of the race to collect your pack.

As the races are only 3 & 5km, there will be no water station an we will have a bottle of water waiting for you at the finish line.

We will have an informal baggage drop located within the Baltic cafe. Please limit the number of belongings you bring to the event and if possible leave anything in a car. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach this to your bag. To collect your bag after the race, please show your number to the baggage marshals and they will help you find your bag.

    • Am I allowed to wear headphones?

Headphones are not permitted, unless bone conducting. Should you choose to wear these, we ask you keep the volume low in order to remain aware of your surroundings at all times and can hear any marshal instructions during the race.

    • What is the terrain like?

The race is entirely on paved & hard surfaces, however, the course can narrow so it is NOT suitable for wheelchair and buggy running.
